Deposit Policy:
After setting up your reservation (via phone or email),
you will have two weeks to send in a deposit. This deposit is equal
to one-half the agreed upon rent and will be applied to the
total rent. If the deposit is not received within this time, your
reservation may be cancelled. The remaining balance along with a
damage deposit is due no later than 60 days prior to
your arrival.
We accept wire transfers, bank checks, major credit cards through Paypal (3% fee), money orders, or cashier checks sent via
Express Mail carriers. Special payment arrangements may be made upon request.
