After setting up your reservation by phone or email you will have two weeks to send in a deposit. The deposit is equal to one-half the agreed upon rent and will be applied to the total rent. If the deposit is not received within this time, your reservation may be cancelled. The remaining balance is due 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival.
We accept wire transfers, bank checks, money orders, or cashier checks, and PayPal.
